I co-authored the first hands-on guide to Experimentation-Driven Innovation. It was published in Finland as Kehitä kokeillen in December 2015.
The book covers Experimentation-Driven Innovation process, contrasts it to planning-driven methods, and details how the project context should determine which approach to use.
We also provide practical tips for managing uncertain projects, as well as a number of ways to design experiments and create prototypes. All aimed towards rapid knowledge creation and solving key uncertainties.
The experimentation-driven approach is another area where I offer training, facilitation and consulting services.
