My main professional interest is organisation design. More specifically, how to create ambidextrous organisations that are continuously adapting and innovating.
At the heart of my approach is seeing organisations as complex adaptive systems. As opposed to the traditional way of seeing them as hierarchical, transaction-based mechanistic entities.
Some of the key tenets in this way of thinking include emphases on trust and clarity of purpose, self-organisation, self-management and complete transparency of information flows.
